Dr. William Gordon  Dr. Gordon, a native of Northborough, Massachusetts, has been serving the Pawtuxet Valley and surrounding communities since 1992. Dr. Gordon received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from Boston University, graduating with Honors and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. He graduated from the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1990, receiving his CAGS in Orthodontics. Dr. Gordon is an INVISALIGN® CERTIFIED PROVIDER and treats children, adolescents, and adults.Dr. Gordon is the current President of the Rhode Island Association of Orthodontics and is a past president of the Kent County Dental Society. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, and the Kent County Dental Society in addition to the Rhode Island Association of Orthodontists. He is a member of the National Dental Honor Society and is an alumni board member at the Goldman School of Dentistry at Boston University. Dr. Gordon is a former staff orthodontist at St. Peter Hospital in Albany, NY, and is a former faculty member in the Department of Orthodontics at Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. He is currently a faculty member and attending orthodontist at St. Joseph Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Gordon has been the school dentist for the Coventry school system since 1996. Dr. Gordon and his wife, Maria, live locally with their three sons. They are very active in the Coventry (and surrounding towns) community through the schools, sports, church and local charities. Dr. Gordon has coached little league baseball since 1996 and has served on his little league’s board of directors for the past seven years. He has also coached soccer and continues to coach his community's CYO basketball team. He has been a member of the board of directors for the Make a Difference Foundation since 1998. In 2001, Dr. Gordon founded the charitable organization, Pawtuxet Valley Cares, which currently has over 20 board members all of whom are leaders in the community. The mission of the organization is to provide basic necessities to school-aged children in need and to date thousands of dollars have been provided to members of our community. Dr. Gordon's favorite activities include spending time with his family, boating, golf, skiing, and coaching. He is an avid historian with a vested interest in the civil war. Dr. Gordon is committed to providing outstanding orthodontic care for all his patients. He does this by staying up to date with the most current orthodontic techniques, procedures, and technology through continuing education courses and orthodontic journals. As a current teacher of orthodontics at St. Joseph Hospital Pediatric Dental Residency, he feels strongly about continuing education. Dr. Gordon's practice philosophy is to treat each patient as if they were a member of his own family in the dental chair. It is his belief that each appointment be treated as an opportunity to make a positive, upbeat contribution to his patient's day because it is not only the teeth but the whole person who is being treated. Dr. Gordon looks forward to coming to the office each day and seeing the joy he brings to his patients as their dental health improves and their self-esteem grows through improved dental and facial appearance. There is not another job in the world that he would rather do! |

Jamie StineOffice Manager Jamie is our office manager! She has been with the practice since 2001 and has been working in the orthodontic field since 1996. Jamie enjoys meeting our patients and their families, and watching patients grow into their beautiful smiles. She also enjoys talking with our patients and getting to know them on a more personal level. Jamie lives in West Warwick, RI, with her husband, Rob, and their beautiful daughter, Jordynn. In her spare time, Jamie likes running, biking, skiing, live music performances, hanging out with her friends, spending quality time with her daughter, and watching Lifetime television! Bet you didn't know: Jamie has been sky diving!  Patricia SilvaInsurance Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Patricia, our insurance coordinator and administrative assistant, has been working with us since 1999 and has over 25 years of experience in the dental/orthodontic field. Patricia takes care of our practices' insurance duties as well as helping out at the front desk. She enjoys seeing patients' beautiful results after they complete their treatment. Patricia has lived in Coventry, RI, since 1965. She and her husband, Dan, have two daughters, Meghan, 22, and Erin, 18. She is a huge Red Sox fan so it's no surprise that in her spare time, Patricia loves going to Red Sox games (or watching them on TV), going out with friends, and bowling with her co-workers. Bet you didn't know: Patricia's office nickname is "PatCat!"  Stephanie KitchenClinical Supervisor Stephanie is our clinical supervisor. She assists other team members, performs various clinical duties and helps out at the front desk. Stephanie has been in the field of orthodontics since 1997 and has worked with our practice since 2005. Stephanie loves working with patients of all ages and seeing the rewarding results once the patient's braces are removed. Stephanie is a native of Cranston, RI. Her family includes her mom, dad, and two brothers. When she's not in the office working patients, Stephanie enjoys shopping and watching the Red Sox play!  Crisa JencksOrthodontic Assistant Crisa Jencks is an orthodontic assistant! As a member of our team, Crisa uses a variety of skills in order to assist Dr. Gordon. Crisa is a native of Coventry, RI, and has lived in West Warwick since 2008. She has a son who is 14 years old. Crisa enjoys watching NASCAR and baseball in her free time. Bet you didn't know: Crisa is a self-proclaimed couch potato.  Patricia JohnsonAdministrative Assistant/Billing Collections Pat brings over 20 years of dental and orthodontic experience to our team. She performs administrative duties and takes special care to make sure patients receive quality treatment at the front desk at each office visit. She loves working with everybody on the team, especially our patients and their families. Pat is a native of Coventry, and lives with her husband, David, and their children, Tricia and Jake. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing cards, watching live music, and community involvement (Wrap a Friend Coat Drive, PV Cares, Camp Calumet Scholarship Fund). Bet you didn't know: Patricia was a player on the very first Coventry High School girl's softball team in 1981.  Laura TaylorAdministrative Assistant Laura has been our wonderful administrative assistant since 2007. She works with patients and their families and assists our patients with their administrative needs. Her favorite thing about our practice is watching the amazing doctor patient interaction and the big smiles on patient's faces when their braces come off. Laura is originally from Quonsett Point, RI, and has lived in Hopkinton since 1991 with her family, Ken, Ray, and Stephen. In her spare time, Laura enjoys playing with her two Shelties, camping, hiking, reading, and crocheting. Bet you didn't know: Laura is working toward her Bachelor's degree! |
