Orthodontic Assistant
Stephanie is an orthodontic assistant. She assists with lab work, coordinates and organizes our clinical operations. Stephanie has been in the field of orthodontics since 1997 and has worked with our practice since 2005. She loves working with patients of all ages and seeing the rewarding results once the patient's braces are removed! Stephanie is a native of Cranston, RI. Her family includes her mom, dad, two brothers, sister-in-law and three nephews. Steph enjoys shopping, playing soccer and watching the Red Sox and Bruins play! Bet you didn't know: Steph loves to wear flip flops every chance she gets!
Crisa Jencks
Orthodontic Assistant
Crisa is an orthodontic assistant. As a member of our team, she uses a variety of skills in order to assist Dr. Gordon. Crisa is a native of Coventry, RI, and has a son who is 18 years old. Crisa enjoys watching NASCAR and doing home improvement projects!
Pat Silva
Insurance Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Pat has been with Dr. Gordon since 1999 and has over 25 years in the dental field as an assistant and an adminstrative assistant. She is a longtime resident of Coventry where she lives with her husband Dan. They have two daughters, Meg and Erin and a golden retriever, Sydney. Pat loves seeing the reaction of our patients when they find out their braces are coming off and the beautiful result that can be achieved with patient cooperation and good oral hygiene! In her spare time she enjoys yoga and zumba! And of course she is a big Red Sox fan! Bet you didn't know: Pat's office nickname is "Pat Cat"!
Pam Barbosa
Administrative Assistant
Pam has worked with Dr. Gordon since August 2010. She has been a resident of Coventry since 2002, where she lives with her husband Ed and their three children, Nicole, Jessica and Jordan. She's enjoyed working with Dr. Gordon's team for the past year and getting to know them and the patients on a personal level. Pam and her family have known Dr. Gordon and his team for several years. Her two youngest children have both been treated by Dr. Gordon. Bet you didn't know: Pam's real name is Pamelia!
Michelle Perry
Adminstrative Assistant
Michelle is excited to be the newest member of our team! As a member of our team, Michelle uses a variety of skills to assist patients, do administrative tasks and create systems that facilitate interoffice communication with our colleagues. Michelle lives in Coventry with her husband John and their two children, Shelby and Cameron. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, exercising and carting her children to their extra curricular activities. Bet you didn't know: Michelle is a third degree brown belt in Kenpo/Jitusu!
